Class of 2010 "Outdoor in July" sale!

Add an outdoor location to your senior studio session for only $10 (with no additional minimum purchase required) when you schedule any senior studio session between now and July 24th.

Choose between the five outdoor locations below on the mornings of July 18 or July 25 only.

White Hall City Park - the area around the rock City Park sign (7:30 am)
White Hall City Park - Skate Board Park (approximately 7:50 am)
White Hall City Park - the area around the White Hall Babe Ruth field (approximately 8:10 am)
White Hall - the Log Cabin behind the White Hall Museum (approximately 8:30 am)
White Hall - the columns in front of First Baptist Church (approximately 8:50 am)

We have 4 spots available at each location on the mornings of July 18 or July 25 only.  When they're gone, they're gone, so call NOW to reserve your outdoor session.

2010 Senior Event - We have winners!

First  I want to say thank you to everyone who attended! 

The winner of the 3:00 drawing was Lil Carson who won an 8x10 Portrait.

The winner of the 4:00 drawing was Samantha Milner, who won a free yearbook ad design.

And.... the winner of the 5:00 drawing was.................

Ashlynn Hill!  Ashlynn won the minimum purchase requirement of her session, which was the "Works!" 
(translation, Ashlynn won $600 in senior portraits!)

There's still time....

You still have time to get your dog tags!  Enter your child in the 3rd Annual Babes and Boys of Summer contest and complete your session before July 4th and get a free dog tag with your child's display image on it.

One more for me and my favorite daughter in law :)

I wanted to get some cute photographs of Lindsey's first tentative toddler steps.  I missed it by a couple of days though.  No tentative steps here... she was running everywhere.  :)

  

images just for me...

I have five of the most beautiful grandchildren in the world!  I do!  If you don't believe me, just ask my husband.  He'll tell you the same thing.  :)  People are always commenting how lucky my children are to have a photographer in the family because they get all the pictures they want.  Sadly, that's not the way it usually is.  I take pictures of the grandkids, and then they sit on my computer for months before I take time to work on them.  I always feel like I need to get the "paying" clients images ready first, and my kids just wait patiently for their turn. 

I spent some time last weekend photographing the youngest of my grandbabies.  I had the fairy set up and it seemed a shame not to get some of her in the set.  Knowing the senior rush is about to hit, today I decided to work on few of Lindsey's images just for me... and my favorite daughter in law. 

So, here's my youngest... blowing fairy dust kisses, and one of her sitting on my brand new prop. :)

Leah & Jason

Ok...  Shirley is "officially" working on the Campbell wedding images (we take turns editing weddings... hey, it works for us).  But, Shirley is out of state with no internet (OUCH!) AND I know Leah and Jason (and probably Mom too, right?) are anxious to see some images.  Soooooo, I picked a few to hold them over until Shirley gets back. 

   

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Campbell!  Your wedding was beautiful!  Thank you for allowing us to be a part of it!

I LOVE Babies!

I love photographing babies!  Especially newborn babies!  and the "newer" the better!  :)  Kade was only 6 days old when he came to our studio.  He still had that precious newborn "curl" that is so adorable...

      

Isn't he adorable!  I love them all, but I think the yawning one may be my favorite... or the white "cocoon"... or the... oh, never mind.  I can't choose a favorite.  :) 

Here's a tip for Moms who love that newborn curl as much as I do... the best time to capture it is in the first 2 weeks.  There's only a very small window of opportunity before they learn to stretch those arms and legs.
